LA FACE CACHÉE’S SNOW DAY
Every winter since 2003, to celebrate the Winter Harvest® and the must harvest for Neige, La Face Cachée de la Pomme opens its doors to the public. Our Snow Day is a one-of-a-kind winter happening that is magical, both educational and delicious!
In December & January, you are invited in our orchard and cider-making facilities. You will maybe have the chance to participate in the Winter Harvest® and even taste the frozen apples right off the trees*!
For all, guests are then invited inside to sample for free the new vintages of still cider (Dégel) and apple ice wines (Neige, Neige éternelle and Frimas).
Snow Day is a unique and inspiring experience that whets the appetite of the imagination!
