LA FACE CACHÉE’S SNOW DAY
Every winter since 2003, to celebrate the Winter Harvest of the frozen apples left on the trees and the must harvest for our ice cider Neige (snow), La Face Cachée de la Pomme opens its doors to the public. Our Snow Day is a unique winter event that offers you a magical, educational and mouth-watering experience!
La Face Cachée welcomes you every Saturday and Sunday in the month of January 2009 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. During this exceptional period of the year, we offer up to four guided tours per day. No reservations are needed. During these tours, explanations and a “hands-on” experience of the ice cider process are offered, followed by a free tasting of our new vintages. A true delight!
Here is a unique occasion to experience, see and taste Neige, the ice cider (also known as apple ice wine) that has the whole world talking about Québec.
